jsPageFilter End-User License Agreement

jsPageFilter is copyrighted software. Use of the program
and/or payment of the license fee does not constitute
ownership of the program. Ownership is retained by the
author. jsPageFilter is free software. You use it at your own
risk.

SUPPORT:

Tech. support is not explicitly or implicitly promised. This is
free software. You use this software at your own risk.
However, an attempt is made to answer email to the extent
that it is realistic and feasible. If you have questions or
suggestions then feel free to write. (Note: JSWare does not
accept email from free webmail services such as hotmail,
yahoo, gmail, facebook, etc. Please send from a real email
address.

INSTALL and USAGE ISSUES:

On newer Microsoft Windows(R) systems there may be
extreme security settings in place. Installation must be
carried out with Administrator rights. Also, enabling or
disabling the filter from the Settings window menu will
require Administrator rights.

PRIVACY ISSUES:

jsPageFilter is NOT 'adware' or 'spyware'. Its function is to
filter webpages loaded into Internet Explorer. It does not "call
home". It does not carry advertising. It does not record your
activities.

DISTRIBUTION :

The jsPageFilter program installer (except beta versions)
may be distributed singly or by any mass distribution medium
provided that the whole program installation file, and only that
file, is distributed intact, complete and unaltered; and that
there is no fee charged for the program installation file other
than reasonable charges for cost of distribution.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:

The jsPageFilter browser extension for Internet Explorer is
provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law. The author further
disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any
implied warranties of merchant-ability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of
the use or performance of the product and documentation
remains with recipient to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law.

In no event shall the author be liable for any consequential,
incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages
whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages from loss
of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this
agreement or the use of or inability to use the product, even
if the author has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
